Broken on El Capitan

Broken. I followed the instructions to use the non-sandboxed version on the website (after purchasing this App Store version). Now it always asks me for a registration code and the app won’t launch.

It’s always frustrating when you pay for a piece of software and the developer stops supporting it; at least open source it so it’s possible for other people to continue support after you’ve made something that a lot of people are using.
