Developer took away my license to his software

I paid for this app and ran into problems using it. I contacted the developer, who had me download a free trial from his website to get the software to work. I specifically asked him if my license would be okay with the new version, and he said that yes, it would transfer over. Well, now it’s expired and the license will not transfer over. I tried reinstalling it from the app store, and received a message that the license is no longer valid. I’ve tried contacting the developer twice and he is now no longer responding.

Bottom line: Don’t buy this. This developer took money for a product, took away the license, and now is not responding.
